UD100 Windows driver (BlueSoleil) has expired or asking for a license key

The UD100 is licensed for BlueSoleil Windows driver at factory. If you are experiencing an error message asking for license key or expiration message, please check below:

1. Please make sure you are using BlueSoleil 9.X version driver. 10.X version driver is only for retail and should not be used with the UD100. You can download BlueSoleil 9.X driver from BlueSoleil web page:


2. Please make sure the UD100 is the only Bluetooth device on your computer. BlueSoleil only supports one Bluetooth device per computer. If you have another Bluetooth device on your computer, please disable it in the device manager.
