I am using the SD1000 Serial Bluetooth adapter and trying to connect to a Bluetooth scanner from a thin client. The SD1000 documentation describes how to connect to a device with an operating system and so does the scanner documentation. The problem is that neither of these devices are connected to a computer. The thin client is connected to an RDP server but I need to install the SD1000 to the serial port on the thin client.
My question is, if I pair the two devices with the SD1000 connected to a computer serial port, will the SD1000 retain the paring information if i connect the SD1000 to the serial port of the thin client?
